Legal Requirements
At Creative Apparels, we prioritize complete adherence to the law by all our employees. Our commitment extends to compliance with all legal standards outlined in the labor code, and we unwaveringly respect the legal and moral rights of all our workers.
Wages
In accordance with labor laws, our employee compensation policy includes:
— At least the minimum wage, or,
— Prevailing industry wage (whichever is higher),
— Along with legally mandated benefits.
Additionally, we duly compensate for overtime hours at the legal rate, equivalent to double the gross wage.
Health & Safety
The factory is dedicated to providing a safe and healthy work environment, actively preventing accidents and injuries. We take responsible measures to contribute to the healthcare needs of our employees.
Work Hours
Our policy strictly adheres to prevailing local work hours, ensuring that all employees:
— Work no more than 48 hours per week.
— Are entitled to at least one scheduled day off per week.
— Receive overtime payments for any additional hours worked beyond the standard workweek.
Forced Labor
All our workers are paid and work voluntarily. Their satisfaction is evident as they are happy and eager to be part of our team. We firmly oppose any form of binding work against one’s will and are strictly against indentured and bonded labor.
Harassment & Abuse
We hold a fundamental commitment to treating all our workers with reverence and respect. Our policy is clear: no employee shall ever face discrimination, whether it be physical, sexual, psychological, racial, or verbal. We foster an inclusive and equitable workplace for everyone.
Child Labor
We strictly adhere to international child labor policies and laws at Creative Apparels. No worker under the age of 18 (the legal limit) is allowed. We actively verify the birthdates of new employees and applicants to ensure compliance with this policy.
Non–Discrimination
Our factory upholds a commitment to non-discrimination, basing recruitment and wage decisions solely on merit. When determining the status and remuneration of employees, we categorically eliminate any distinctions based on gender, race, nationality, age, disability, orientation, religion, or social/ethnic origin. We strive for an inclusive and fair workplace for all.
Freedom of Association
We value and respect our employees’ rights to:
